Jiangan – (chinese wand exercise)
An ancient form of exercise, for all abilities.
Using a bamboo wand, we gently move to reach and massage all areas of the body from head to toe.
Working with all 5 elements for each exercise we gently stretch, enhance flexibility, balance and strengthen our body, mind and spirit.

Qigong – (Chi-kung)
The art of meditative movement from the Chinese health and well being practises.
One of the oldest exercise forms from the martial arts, used to serve as the warm up for the Chinese warrior before entering into battle.

- It can help the body heal from physical, mental and spiritual challenges.

Suitable for all ages and levels of ability, can be adjusted to disabilities.
Typically a class will hold no more than 10 participants.
Beginners class comprises of 12 classes over a period of 3 months.

About me – Frankie Hope
After 24 years of practising Jiangan (Chinese Wand Exercise), Qi-gong and Tai-Chi I Qualified in Instructing the art of Jiangan under the master of martial arts Les Kendrick, The founder and head of the Chinese Wand association UK. I moved away but kept up my practice in Israel. two years at the Wingait academy Institute under the teachings of Dr Siny Harrell I was certified – Qi-gong teacher & practitioner. Back in the UK now and after healing with the aid of these two practises from an accident which left me with torn biceps, I bring you Awakeningmotion and wish for nothing more than to pass on this knowledge of practice of the art of Jiangan & Qi-gong to my fellow members of society.

After three months of practicing Qi-gong I can feel benefits it gave to my entire body, most important flexibility. It is most relaxing, soothing and the same time physical activity. Thanks to you I am in love with Qi-gong forever. You are a great teacher.
